Is Southpaw harder than orthodox? What are the advantages of being a right-handed southpaw boxer?

 

Southpaw is for boxing, kickboxing, MMA, and other combat sports, and it means fighter has their right hand and right foot forward. Left-handed fighters usually use this stance, so fighters rarely throw jabs with the right hand and straights with the left while wearing boxing gloves. 

Orthodox and Southpaw are the two most popular standing positions and determine the footwork style. Mostly, fighters have a preferred arm-leg positioning while delivering the signature finishing punch. These two stances primarily differ based on their arm-leg positions.
