Spinning Backfist is the most effective and powerful tool among martial arts techniques one can use against one's opponent. Generally, the Spinning Back fist creates a lot of torque as fighters make the punch with the back of their fist, generating a lot of speed and power. 

In Boxing, spinning back fists is not legal for specific reasons. First, according to Boxing Rules, fighters cannot strike their opponent with the back of their hands.
